[Crash][version .32] Failure to start game

When starting up a game after choosing any race and leader I click on the start game button. I get the loading screen and after just a few moments it crashes. Elemental closes and returns me to the desktop.

I am seeing this as well on Windows XP. Windows XP hasn't been stable at all, but now I cannot even get passed the world creation
