Ga2 Twilight of the Arnor crash issues

I just brought twilight of the arnor today, installed it, registered my old copies of GA2 and GA2 DA with impluse  ToTA Started the first time, worked great, i click on the Trade tab in the game and it crashed, gave me an error message about running Setup.exe from my CD (this is digital download) So i reinstall... now the game crashes as soon as the opening movie starts... is there a fix for this? all my drivers are up to date.

 

Im using Windows 7 64 bit

Amd Phenmon II x4

6GB ram

1tb hd space

and graphics is Radeon hd 3200

Running Win7 x64 and it crashes here too.  Screen blinks a few times on launch but then it crashes.  No movie or anything.

Core2 7300

4g ram

Radeon HD 4600
