Just because there is one fan group doesn't mean there can't be another.  But alas, not always about who was first. :)

Light/Dark, what does it matter.  The important part is the features :P

Agreed, some people suddenly seems to care more about the contest than the game.

Where is the surprise? Any contest leads to a similar situation, which chances of happening are increased in proportion of prizes/bragging rights given.

Just take out the popcorn and enjoy the human spectacle.

Yeah I guess you can put it that way, I just hope you do not waste to much time to get a prize ;)

I mean the with the amount of points some of you already have collected my guess is that you are gonna spend more hours than what is it worth.

Of course I do not know how much spare time you got and what your salary is, but...

I signed up for war only a couple hours after it was announced and someone already had 650 points. Seeing how the scoring work, I gave up almost immediately. Now the dude has 1700. So screw that. I don't know how Kyogre and Zampolit are gaming the system, but suffice to say even if I spent 8 hours a day trying to get points I'd never be able to match them.

some of the top scores are up that high because of diggs. it was said that old diggs would be retroactively adjusted, although that has yet to happen 100%. so don't despair.

Don't blame your own unimagination or skill that someone must be cheating the system.  Breathe man, you can do it!!!

Besides, I have had all my diggs adjusted...so? Now what? Sheesh.  We play by the same rules that you must, use the same links/content/capabilities you do, but just have put forth more effort...and that makes us cheaters?  What a loud statement upon one's character...

Someone who started the first day is cheating compared to anyone who started playing day 2+ because they had more potential hours to "do stuff".

:P
