Account Name Not Found

from Sins Forums

I just reinstalled this, and I cannot log into ironclad online.  I enter my username and password from impulse as purchased, the same one I use to log into these forums, but it only says "account name not found"

This is extremely frustrating, even more so since there is no obvious "I can't remember my name/password" button as there should be.

ICO does not use the same accounts system as Impulse and the forums. If you previously made an ICO account and have forgotten it, contact [email protected] with your serial key and any details you remember and they should be able to locate it for you.
