[1Z5] Researching House Crash (Reproducible)

When I select Housing as my tech upgrade, the game hangs and is totally unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Download the linked zip file
  2. Extract the save and put it in your saves folder
  3. Run Elemental
  4. Load House Crash
  5. Hit next turn
  6. Select Housing as your upgrade

Also included in the zip file is my debug.err file.
