My Fences desktop

Here’s how I use Fences. Each person may use it differently.  I still use a dock (not pictured here) but for my “main” stuff I keep it handy at the bottom.  Then I organize my stuff by throwing them into a Fence.  One of the killer features of Fences is that you can toss a ton of stuff in a Fence and it’ll get hidden. Look closely at the “To Sort later…”. If I mouse over the Fence, a scrollbar appears.

Double click and voila. Clean desktop.

I kinda don't like the "vibe" it gives off having Elemental lumped in with those "lesser" games there, chief. Please tell me Elemental is deeper then all those POS's combined :P. I know Elemental has some RTS features, but you lumped it in with nothing but sub standard RTS's there (except for maybe Demigod). Maybe that's just my opinion though :P

I be liking the Fences (currently using the free version), and as part of Object desktop - sweet. My subscription lapsed and with the recent sale going on until your Yank holiday I may just renew!

 

re: games, Total Annihilation is the best!  :thumbsup:  as far as RTS go. If you saw mine (i am @ work so cannot show you a shot, you would see:

Darklands (now the grandaddy of of RPGs and realtime pausable combat)
