[UI] Pop-up needed when building is complete.

It's too easy right now to forget when a city has finished building something.  Civ 4 did this right, and copying what they did would be sufficient, except when picking the new building, you'd have to place it.

We're going to need governors later on potentially as well for troopbuilding, or an autodesigner of units like what GCII had, but I'm guessing that comes later.

This is an idea that I support. We could also use a warning when units are trained, and a system of 'unit cycling' that civ4 has, so that you do not forget to move units that still have moves left. Civ4 did this very well.

Have you taken a look at the empire tree on the left? Units without movement points are dark while those with remaining are bright. Same thing for cities where bright ones are those with empty build queue.

And the icons on the right inform you that something has been build, happened.

I've seen those.  It's too easy to forget about them though.  It's not a very user-friendly system to me.

They are on the SCREEN and always there, unless you roll them up. If those are forgettable, then multiple repeating Pop-ups, containing various info, all needing to be closed in order to get back to the main screen, would be just as forgettable...

The daily report pop-up has a lots of info in it. Is your turned on?

I am not so sure. Having a way to quickly see what units have movement left or what cities have empty building queue without requiring to go to another screen seems more user friendly for me than popup or forcing to go to a city screen.
