[1Z5][BUG?] leveling up - health regeneration doesn't add

When I click the "+" next to health-regeneration, the number next to it remains zero. Then after using all 10 points on health-regen I exit and check my kings status and the "HPGEN" remains zero.

Had same issue in 1Z4.

I can confirm this. It holds for Champions with 0 health regen, and with >0 too.
