[0.32 1Z4 Graphics] Animations off center

So I'm working on a custom sovereign, and have her looking pretty good:

But when I try out some of the other animation packs, she's either crouched so that you can only see part of her head (Bandit animation pack):

Or missing entirely (Slag Animation pack):
