2 questions about the Beta program

Hey folks, just a couple of questions about the Elemental Beta:

1) When will new pre-orderers be let into the beta?  I pre-ordered during 1Z3, and I didn't receive any e-mails about downloading 1Z4 (I assume because it's still a part of Beta 1)... will I be able to participate in Beta 2, even though it's multiplayer only and predicted to last only two weeks?

2) Is there an estimate of how long 1Z4 is expected to last (i.e. how long until Beta 2 comes out)?

I apologize if these questions have been asked and answered before - as you can tell I'm a new member.  I did a quick search through the forum archives and didn't find these particular questions being answered.  Thanks a lot for your patience.

Edit: I know the game isn't supposed to be "fun" until Beta 3, but to be honest I'm simply excited about listening to the awesome music, let alone being able to test the basic game mechanics. :)
