[0.32 1Z4 Crash] DX error

I started up a game in windowed mode, loaded a saved game, and then used alt-tab to switch to my browser and spent the next half hour or so reading the Elemental forums. I then clicked on the Elemental window that was in the background, and got this:

There was no dump file generated.
