I've had no problems with Dropbox, and find it easy to use. You install the software, give it a valid email address, and it creates a Dropbox folder on your desktop. Within that folder are a "Getting Started.rtf" file and a "Public" folder. Within the Public folder is a "How to use the Public folder.rtf".
Any file that you drag and drop into the Dropbox folder, the Public folder, or any other folder that you create in the Dropbox folder is automatically replicated to their server. If you install Dropbox on another computer and give it the same email id, it will replicate all the files to that machine.
For use in reporting problems to Stardock, you just drag a file to the Public folder, then after it replicates (a green checkmark will appear when it's complete), you right click on the file, select Dropbox->Copy public link, and then paste that link into one of these forum posts.
You get 1G of space free, and if you find it useful you can purchase more online space. I don't plan to, but the option is available.
If you install Dropbox via this link, you and I both get an extra 250MB of free space in addition to the 1G.
BTW, I have no connection to the company that offers Dropbox, and I'd never heard of it until reading about it on these forums.
