[.302][BUG?] Not getting new quests

At the start of the game before researching the quest technology I got a few quests. After I researched it I haven't received a single new quest.

Have you managed to invert the quest available flag or do I have to complete the last one I have left before getting new quests?

Did you see new quest huts popping up on the map?  That's what the quest tech has done for me in previous betas, haven't had a chance to try it yet on .302.

I haven't seen any new huts popping up, maybe I haven't looked enough. What is the spawn rate for new quests?

Funny, when I tried it last night the quest huts didn't pop up until after I had researched both quests and one other tech (I think it was ruin delving).  Then 2 or 3 appeared in range of my towns.
