[0.302][1Z3][Gameplay] Incorrect text for Viy ability [FIXED]

I have already made a post on this topic https://forums.elementalgame.com/379797 and it is supposed to be fixed. But the following savegame http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5057853/1z3_Viy/Viy.EleSav seems to show that it isn't the case.

Viy has 2 abilities: Inventor and Brilliant.

The problem is on the Brillant description which is: Increase the research in any town the SOVEREIGN is in (emphasis put on Sovereign)

The description of this ability is correct if you choose this ability for your sovereign. But in the savegame I have linked, Viy is outside of a city. the RP production is 13. If you move him into the city (where my sovereign isn't located)  and hit next turn, the RP production is 18, meaning that Viy's brilliant ability has been triggered when he is in a city without requiring the sovereign to be in the same city.

As the description of the administrator ability of Bannon Highley is "Boosts a city production by 10%", a more correct description of the brilliant ability whould be: Increases the research of the town by 5 RP.

"Brilliant" ability has since been changed to not require being stationed in a city.  What this now means for Vih is that he has an ability for 2 Research Points (RP) without being stationed in a city.  Then "Brilliant", which now gives 5 RP without being stationed.  He doesn't need both, so we've removed "Brilliant" from him.

I did go through and reword all those abilities though, because if we do want to use those abilities for NPCs or even Children, the description won't say: "blah, blah, blah, Sovereign, blah blah blah."

Thanks for the post, though you could have kept responding to the original thread.  I would have noticed your replies.
