[.302][BUG/Graphics] Mountains still missing

In my latest game [.302] the mountains were visible until I put my sovereign in the southern outpost for a few turns and then moved her out.  The instant I moved her out of the outpost the mountains disappeared.

On quitting Elemental, restarting and loading the last autosave, the mountains were again visible.

I had same issue multiple times today playing version 1Z3.

Also playing 0.302 and having issues with the mountains not showing up.

I have the same problem with the same hills as texashopkins.

In one game there were no hills the first time I played. After a crash and reload, the hills shows up. After another crash and reload they were gone again.
