[.302] BETA unable to intialize display

I saw the patch notes that said multi displays was fixed  but still getting this error

when i launch the game it goes directly to an error box that says unable to initialize display.

system specifics  is a bfg geforce 8800gt  nvidia 197.13 drivers

windows 7 64bit

4 gigs of ram

intel e8500

intel dg33tl   motherboard   intel g 33 chipset  standard windows 7 drivers

display mode setup as follows

windows 7 screen resolution :

1|2 Multiple monitors

1680 x 1050

orientation: landscape

Duplicate these displays

Nvida Display

change resolution  dell monitor and  visio32l hdtv

dell monitor settings:

dvi-pc display PC 1680 x 1050 60hz 32bit

vizio hdtv

hdmi (audio enabled) PC 1680x1050

setup multiple displays

dell monitor and vizo hdtv is both checked

and set up as mirror  or clone mode.
