[0.302 CTD] Out of memory

In your game. So its definitely a funny bug.

Hit this again on turn 128 of a new game.  The last line of the debug.err is "DebugMessage:  Error allocating memory."

dxdiag is the same as in the OP.

I checked the Elemental folder in the Program Data directory and found a .dmp file and a 0 byte .zip file that have the same timestamp as my crash.  So maybe it managed to get the dump but was killed before it could zip it?
