[1-Z3][Crash]Attacking a city that got conquered by the enemy ended in a crash to desktop

Enemy conquers city. Next turn I attack my old city with my sovereign. Crash to desktop. No minidump generated but I uploaded the debug.err file.

Edit: Looks like it's repeatable. I loaded an autosave and tried it again, another crash to desktop but this time a mini dump was being generated. Here.

Edit2: Okie, I've got a save. Easy to reproduce. Load the save. You'll get declared war by. Use the sovereign to attack the nearby city. Battle report and then a crash to desktop.
