[0.30][Minor gameplay suggestion]Save - Default cursor set

Hello,

if you click on the save button you get forwarded to the save game menu.

I would appreciate it, if you could set the cursor by default in the textbox to type in the next name of a save file. It saves a mouse click for convenience.
