[BUG] Never ending loop diplomacy

I guess one of my characters stepped into the Kingdom of Gilden, and the king asked me to leave.  I chose the option saying I would leave.  A new option box comes up immediately once I choose the option, with the same request.  No matter how many times I click it, it continues to pop up.  I tried war, and that does the same thing.  Lets talk about this will bring up a diplomacy screen, but once that is closed, the option box pops up again.  I have to close the game in task manager to shut it down.  (which is somewhat of a victory; first time I haven't had the game crash to desktop on me while playing in about 3 months.)

I am using the latest version of Elemental (0.30Beta)  By the way, why don't you display what version is available like you did in Stardock Central?  That was a rather useful feature.
