[0.3][Bug/Crash] Starting new game from existing game

Tried starting a new game after loading a game the following:

Ignore the dots, that's my graphic card's fault.

After the screenshot, I built a city, which moves my hero and revels 2 nearby loot bags. However, I tried to move the hero, which didn't work and then crashed (couldn't find the matching zip file for the dump I'm afraid).

I've run into something similar: tried to start a new game from one existing game (witch has been loaded from a savegame); got a clothmap with many element turned "invisible" (like the fertile land icon or goodie hut icon; it was still there (description of it on mouse over) but no icon on the map), founded a city, moved my sovereign, then tried to end my turn, and crash.
