[CTD 0.3] Double clicking the portrait of a dead champion

I got a new hero Viy.
Created an army Sov (tarth) + Viy.
Go near Spider nest.
Spider queen attacks. Viy is dead.
Next turn I see that the portrait of Viy in the upper left of the screen is still there. When I select it I can see a selection square where the battle occurs. When I double clicked the tiny portrait in the upper left the game CTD.
