[0.30][crash bug] stuck end turn button and crash when exiting to the desktop

I loaded my previously manually saved game that I got a CTD, and played for like 10 turns.

I got my sovereign to zero hp so he was regaining hp in my city. I wasn't doing anything other than building huts. not even using ui subscreens. I was just mashing the end of turn button waiting for huts, and hp, and it got stuck.

I saved the game.

I went to the main menu and clicked new game. The new game panel did come up.

I went back to the main menu

I clicked exit.

The game did exit but I got and "Application stopped working" message in my desktop.
