[0.30][crash bug] CTD and stuck end turn button

Here's what I did in my last turn

I moved my sovereign

I added 2 huts to my city build queue

I removed 1 hut from the queue

Tried to click ent turn. no luck

Opened and closed the kingdom panels, still no end of turn

went back to the main menu and back into the game, still no end turn button

went back to the main menu, clicked new game (I was thinking about loading my auto save) CTD!!!

Man, they broke the end of turn button!! such sacrilege!!!

Same problem was encountered but the causes of the bug seem to be diverse and random. Have not yet been able to consistently make the bug occur on cue.
