[Bug/Gameplay][1Z2] Could not end turn

After playing for a short while, I couldn't end my turn anymore.

ps: wasn't sure which version 0.30 exactly is, since there just was an update I assumed its 1z2.

Same thing here: hitting end-turn button left it greyed and froze the game.

Version [3.0], turn 48, only notable thing that would have happened would have been completion of my first hut. (None of my units were moving).

I've also experienced this on two separate occasions (only ONE of which was in the current v0.30).  Unfortunately I completely forgot to grab the .err files before re-loading.
