lost the ability to complete a Quest (arrgghh!)

Quest ends and cannot be re-attempted if a recruited "Hero" is sent in my stead and Fails!

Not sure if this is a BUG or not, but the fact I sent a “Hero” in my stead, to rescue the Damsel/Knight/Young Son, while I was busy out Troll hunting… (be wary wary careful) should still allow me, the SOV,  to go back afterwards and deal with it myself.

How was I supposed to know the “Hero” turns out to be a bleeding wussy…???

Why should the Sovereign be allowed to repeat a failed quest by a hero? Heroes are there to do quests too. And sometimes fail doing them, as can happen to the Sovereign.

I don't see it as a bug.

Well if the Hero I sent in my stead fails and the Bandits, who are still alive and still have the Princess, what do I tell her old man?

Who say they didn't kill her in the end? Or thatafter the failure the old man somehow was able to pay for the rescue to the bandits? (maybe he had the money all along but didn't want to pay if someone could do it for free or cheaper)

Some quests could be repeatable if failed. This one? I don't know. Depends on Stardock.
