[beta 1Z] gameplay --Myrimanus doesn't add spell points [FIXED]

Although his description says "lore master--adds 2 spell points", the spell points are not added when he's in the capitol city.

Strange. When I recruited him, he gave me 2 spell points per turn, even outside of cities.

Well, in that thread https://forums.elementalgame.com/380014 I have mentionned that the bottom display is incorrect while sp increase correctly between turn. I had a sovereign that was producing also SP

I can confirm that in 0.30 the bottom display claims that spell points are increasing +1 per turn even after recruiting Myrimanus, but the spell points actually increase 3 per turn.
