[0.299][1Z1][BUG] strange border

The following savegame http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5057853/1z1_crossing_borders/crossing_border.EleSav displays borders that are crossing. It looks very odd.

Well, if they haven't some showcase saves, they will have problem to fix it completetly
