[0.299][Crash] Opening Unit Designer

Upon opening the unit designer I had yet another hard crash (blue screen & reboot). A dump file however wasn't created.

**Update**

Had a seemingly Random Crash after the end of one turn. The only thing I had done was try to build a study for my 2nd town I believe.
