[0.299][1Z1][BUG] Stuck at end turn

With the following save game http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5057853/1z1_pb_end_turn/pb_end_turn.EleSav ,  when I click on the end turn button, the game is stuck in the current turn. I am still able to go to the main menu and exit the game.

I've had this happen to me as well.

In my case it was due to a unit(my Sov) being blocked by another unit while still trying to execute a move order. I fixed it by manually moving my Sov to use up the movement points. Once the movement points were used the button became available again.

Sadly, in my savegame, my sovereign doesn't have any more movement point

I also have experienced the problem, and iirc under similar circumstances.
