[.298 BUG] Sov's stacked units teleported across screen upon move command.

This is bizarre. I selected the sov unit stack and gave a move command as shown, only to have all the units in the sov unit stack teleport across the screen and move south towards the move selection, but leaving my sov in its original position, with zero movement.
