.299 [Bug/Graphics] advanced lighting causes blurry character images

I know this has been an ongoing issue and i have seen a thread on it every now and again but with the settings reset i noticed it again and wanted to bring it up.

what is occurring is that whenever i turn on the advanced lighting checkbox in options my sov and troop character windows have a haze that causes them to look distorted. this only occurs in these windows and the other parts of the game display fine.

i have an Nvidia geforce 8800 gt.

in the past when i first noticed this i have tried to update my vid drivers but this didnt help.

sorry kryo didnt think of it for a non crash/graphic issue.
