[1Z][CRASH] Random crash?

This crash happened pretty much for no apparent reason. I had done a quest to resque a noble's daughter and was returning her to the city. I noticed the end turn-button was greyed out before the crash, and I couldn't click it. Shortly after the crash happened while I was wondering this.
