[1Z+Last minute update][Bugs] City conquering is bugged+ Autosaving is Bugged

In multiple games (3 games) I had constant CTDs when conquering a city. 2 of the games were lost since I also couldn't load the autosave.

There's a 0.299 beta update up now which fixes the CTD when conquering a city.
