[Crash] Impulse Reactor crash on scroll

Repeatable crash, happens every time. Launch Elemental from Impulse and skip the intro with ESC. When the main menu shows up, press SHIFT + TAB, click on the Reactor 'Settings' button, and in the new settings window, click on the scrollbar or scroll arrows. This always results in a moment of stuttering audio followed by a CTD.
