I've attacked an enemy army. Right after the fight, I've seen the combat results screen, and when I wanted to continue -> CTD

I saved the game right before I attacked the enemy army...but now I cannot load the saved game at all, because Elemental locks up / freezes. [I've tried to reload 5 times so far...]
