[1Z][BUG?] cost of weapon for custom sovereign

The iron dagger cost the same point than an iron longsword. Yet it gives one point of attack less. I don't see why I would choose dagger instead of longsword.

"General costs of equipment when building your sovereign will be increased" is noted as a known issue in Brad Wardell's post on Beta 1Z. This may be what he meant.
