Here are some of the things we are aware of in beta 1Z that we will be addressing prior to beta 2.

(no particular order)

  • Traveling boots should only add +1 to movement.
  • Journeyman’s cloak should only add +1 to movement.
  • General costs of equipment when building your sovereign will be increased
  • When you kill an enemy sovereign in his last city, he becomes part of your kingdom (that’s not going to stay that way though it is interesting).
  • Trolls are probably too tough right now
  • Lots of funky issues with selecting your units at times.
  • Kingdom Tree and Event tree can be a little funky in terms of hit detection
  • Funky zoom to mouse behavior
  • ALL Channelers should get the “basic” spell book

Next week we will have a Beta 1Z-1 that is largely just bug fixes.

Beta 1Z has us all using the exact same map with the exact same starting point (you’d be surprised how much work it took to DE-randomize things).  I was able to win in 97 turns.

Frogboy take my money already I want to test ... or at least do it withing 3 hours when I get off work. This is like the best week ever got to see livestream of FFXIV first day of NA alpha and now i get to play Elemental, too bad I have a test to hand in before 11:59 tonight XD.

I curse the day professors got technologically concious and realized they can make us hand in homework in the weekend.

Umm... I maybe confused but I am assuming from what was said in the OP that Beta 1Z will be updated next week and soon after Beta 2 will be released and new testers will be invited? So don't get too excited.

Well, the email was just my key to the game and a link to download impulse. Still not showing up in impulse.

Awesome! Too bad It'll take me about 5-10 hours to Download. Its strange, because it started to Dl at 200kbs, and now its at 16kbs or so.

But I am sure exited about testing! :D

(I wasn't part of the earlier betas, so its a 680 megabyte dl.)

Already done. And the download should show up in my games tab correct? Its still not there. It could be that the transaction is still being processed by my bank. Maybe once it is processed completely the game will appear.
