Multi-user chatroom

I believe there was some discussion about this at the very beginning but nothing ever came of it...so I thought I would bring it up again. I think it would be neat to talk to multiple players at the same time (chatroom) instead of one player at a time. It would definitely promote people working together for a common goal while putting their differences aside.

For example...let's say those pesky heroes wreck havoc in a dungeon and suprise, surpise...you have an army of undead monsters or a dragon loose in the land. Well, then you can invite people to attend a council/gathering or what have you...and it would just open up a diplomacy chat screen where you can all discuss the topic at hand.

What do you guys think?
