[0.295][Bug][Graphic] Graphic layers messed up on several game menus

This bug happens on several game menus.

For the first bug, it only happens with a specific user behaviour (going in and out of a menu) - described below.

Using Windows XP with an Nvidia GTX 260 card (last version driver), a 3.2 Ghz Intel IV CPU, with 4GB RAM.
