[.295] [crash ] CTD when developing housing

Hi,

getting game freezes or CTDs is not if but when for me. However, this time at least it was rather clear what triggered it, so I'll report. I developed housing, and hence my settlements were supposed to replace all those huts with more advanced structures (appartments?). That usually makes the game pause for 2-3 seconds, and then it continues. THis time, 3 seconds pause, then CTD.

Two issues I have with the game in general: Restoring a saved game will lead to immediate CTD, and in the last games I played, my sovereign did not recuperate the points necessary to build further cities outside my realm (in an earlier version he did).

Edit: Sorry, didn't see that other thread reporting the same problem, and giving a workaround
