[Suggestion] Found Items

Would be useful to know which unit found an item when you get the pop-up below - especially if you have a large number of units auto-exploring and finding things - if it is an item you want to get to your sovereign, you'll want to know which unit currently has it and where that unit is so you can direct it towards the sovereign.
