[Crash][.802] game loads to new game screen then crashes soon after

This is still a problem
go to start the game the game loads watch the intro go into the game screen where i can choose new game or game options
if i wait about 15 to 30 seconds the game crashes
right no im trying a reinstall to see if it resolves all the error messages about missing files.
this is a windows 7 ultimate 64bit machine
