[0.295] Research breakthrough window has wrong text [FIXED]

I can't remember if this has been reported before. When the research window pops up, it looks like one of the techs is selected (in the example below, Training), but the text that shows what the tech unlocks is from the last tech researched, not the current one (in the example, the last tech I'd researched was Farming):

On related topic, when you research Farming it says it "allows construction of farms and lumber mills", but only unlocks farming.
