[Suggestion] Provide more information on completed research

When looking at the research you have completed, it is difficult to know exactly what you actually have available, especially as many of the "circles" are similar, or even identical. It would be useful if when you moved your cursor over the completed research, a pop-up would show you what that particular research unlocked/what it allows you to do.
