[0.295][Bug/Gameplay] Massive city upkeep cost

After building my seventh city, I was suddenly hit with a massive 700 gold per turn in city upkeep costs. It's my understanding that it's only supposed to be 6g/turn for the seventh city?

There is a bug in the way upkeep is calculated.

Instead of adding the different upkeeps, it multiply.

instead of getting 0 1 3 6 10 15 21 etc.. you get 0 1 2 6 24 120 720 etc...
