[.295][Crash/Hang] Freeze on next turn

The next turn sure is taking awhile

Game just freezes a handful of turns in. No memory dump was created.

I hit a freeze 201 turns in, after pressing the space bar for the next turn.  I had to kill the game with task manager.

debug.err is here.

Saved game is here.

No memory dump.

However, if I restart the game and load the saved game it doesn't freeze.
