[0.295][Bug/Graphics] Blank Map to Start Game

When I start a game under certain conditions, the world map is entirely blank. This seems to happen more often if I am using a custom soveriegn, although I am not sure yet. This keeps happening until I exit and restart the game.

EDIT: O.K. Some more information. It appears that the game is pulling in old info from the last time I played with this soveriegn. The screenshot comes from a new game I started after I had won the last game. If you look at the information panel at the bottom of the sceen, it shows that I have two settlements and am researching civilization. This was the condition I was at when I won the last game, but it should no longer be the case since I had just started a new one.

Starting a new game, (or loading one), while having already started/played a game, is not yet reliable.  Basically, the game doesn't clean up after itself well enough yet.  It's an issue we know about.  For now, please restart the .exe if you wish to load a game or start a new one.
