.295 [Crash] Game freeze on "creating world" screen

Hi, when I created my own sovereign nothing went wrong until I hit play and went to the creating world screen, then it froze and went into "Not Responding Mode".

And a picture of before the event happened.  I can't do a image of the event because it won't let me print screen on that page.  But to describe it, it's when it shows you a random image and your World Name, then shows "creating world" below it.  That's where it freezes.

Oh and I really like that music in the beginning.
