When I go to register my Sins of a Solar Empire, it is rejecting the serial # on the box. Im getting frustrated. Any help would be appreciated..
I have Sins of a Solar Empire Trinty Stardock well not excpet the Reg. code that came with game.

Did you try putting the - between each set of characters? eg xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
Also is the email you are entering the same as the one you signed up to impulse with?
Euralius raises a good point. Anyone having trouble entering a Sins serial, make sure you are using only A-F and 0-9 and be sure to include the dashes.
K after 6 days with support i finally got my game registered. Now it won't download the patches. It keeps saying file is smaller than expected. Reseting the data file does nothing. I can no longer find thier email address and the never answer the phone because they have bankers hours. Will i ever get to play the game i spent $35 on? I hate Impulse this is the worst experince I have ever had with a software company.
Generally the smaller than expected error can be attributed to security software interfering with the download. If you have any such software, try adding Impulse.exe as an exclusion within it.
If you had a support ticket open with us, you can reply to the last email you received from us with the current problem and it will open your ticket again. If you did not have a support ticket open, send us an email to [email protected] and we can work with you.
